Hi, I’m Eddy Hood. Welcome to My Shop.

My name is Eddy Hood and I’m a proud resident of Kaysville, Utah alongside my amazing wife and four kids. I built my first toolbox out of old pine boards when I was nine years old and I’ve been at it ever since.

I love the feeling of walking through old antique shops searching for furniture made by talented craftspeople hundreds of years ago. Those pieces truly meant something to someone. I’m fascinated by how much of a story there is in every piece of wood.

My goal is to build furniture for you that will last a lifetime. I hope it can be a highlight in your home and a reminder that good things take time and are worth the wait.

I look forward to making a one-of-a-kind piece of furniture just for you (and your great-grandchildren).

Quality Assurance:

I build every piece myself. Everything is made by hand with planes, chisels, and dedication. Each product is finished with an oil base to bring out the true beauty of the wood. I’m happy to add a stain or tint the wood to meet your color specifications.

In addition, I store and dry all of the wood that will go into your project to ensure the moisture content in the material is at equilibrium with its final destination.
